- Product labels come from NIH DSLD (public domain); research citations from PubMed (citations only, never abstracts or full text); recalls from openFDA, matched by exact firm name
- Evidence summaries are AI-extracted from cited NIH ODS fact sheets; every row keeps its source URL and review date
- Evidence quality grades are not shown publicly until grading is fully deterministic
- User data is exportable in full and writes to Apple Health; deleting the account deletes the data
